Executive Bios

Bob Thomas

Co-Founder / CIO


With a strong finance background and deep commercial real estate experience, Bob brings institutional-quality leadership to the company’s investment management platform. As Chief Investment Officer, he oversees acquisitions, investment management, investor relations and financial reporting for the company. 

Prior to co-founding Peak Asset Management, Bob worked as a CPA with PwC, a Commercial Real Estate Broker with CBRE and led the Pacific Northwest division of Merchants Mortgage, a hard money debt fund. He holds a BS/MS in Accounting, is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and a California CPA (inactive).

Kelly Gill

Co-Founder / COO


As an MBA with over 10 years of corporate strategy, finance and real estate experience, Kelly brings operational excellence to the organization. As Chief Operating Officer and Director of Property Management, she is responsible for the ongoing operations of all Peak Asset Management employees, investments and properties under management.

Kelly holds a BS in Business (Summa Cum Laude), an MBA in Finance and is a licensed Property Manager.
